The accommodation rental on the campsite indicates full acceptation of the sale terms by the contracting parties

Reservation
Reservation become effective only after confirmation our service of accommodation
and payment by the tenant of a Deposit
On Arrival
Guarantee deposit : 300 this will be return after premises check and outgoing inventory is found to be correct, the day of departure
A fixed of 50euros will be deducted if we considered not to have been properly cleaned.
Cancellation policy
More 30 days prior to the arrival date are retained No reduction will be considered in the event of late or early departure.
The FFCC propose an optional cancellation insurance.
Hire and rental payment
Dates can be modified , subject to availability
All accommodation rental is nominative and in no event wathsoever can be ceded or sub-let
Campsite rules
Every camper is expected to comply the campsite rules under penalty of sanction that might go to a cancellation of the contract
Jurisdiction
In the event of dispute, Le Mans Courts sole jurisdiction.
